Salmon with Avocado Salsa
2lbs salmon,cut into 4 pieces, 1tbs olive oil, 1tsp salt, 1 tsp ground cumin (I used a little more), 1 tsp paprika powder, 1tsp onion powder , 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp black pepper
1 avocado, sliced, 1/2 small red onion, sliced, Juice from 1 lime, 1-2 tbs finely chopped cilantro, Salt to taste, Chill until ready to use
Mix all of the ingredients together for the salmon and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Turn stove top on
Cook Salmon until desired.. about 5-10 minutes
Combine the avocado, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl and mix well, chill until ready to use.
Top with avocado salsa and enjoy

If you're cooking for someone with a big appetite cook some asparagus for a side dish.
Cut the asparagus in half, add a little olive oil in the pan, Tony's Seasoning and pepper.
